Waste and Energy Education Bus

The Waste and Energy Education Bus is a mobile classroom that comes direct to your Primary school and provides an interactive multimedia learning experience for Lower Key Stage 2.

Choose between two sessions:

The 3R’s of waste (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle).  Lower KS2, 15 pupils per session.

Each of the 3Rs are individually looked at with pupils learning how time, money, energy and resources can be saved if we follow the 3Rs. Pupils then learn about how they can reduce, reuse and recycle through the interractive activities.

Composting. Lower KS2, 15 pupils per session.

This session explores nature's recycling in more detail, including the correct mix of ingredients for healthy compost and the importance of mini-beasts and micro-organisms in the process.

Each workshop lasts between 45 minutes and 1 hour, although this is flexible to suit. There is a maximum of 15 pupils per session.
